Love it!
my dog absolutely loves this brush! She actually does circles so i could brush everywhere on her. this is the only brush she will let me use on her. She doesn't want me to stop brushing her. it steams a cool steam so it won't burn her skin, but the steam actually helps take out the undercoat. also the bristles are a harder rubber to help massage the dogs and help grip loose hairs to pull them off. I bought a second for my daughter in laws dog.
Everything works. Instead of steam there is finely sprayed water.
So it looks like the photo, I haven’t used it yet, there’s literally no instructions with it out side of the tiny writing on the box, which is super hard to read. It could say, will turn your cat into a living toaster” for I know..
box came damaged . the pit for water is small and once the water is less the steam doesnt come out well . Also if you keep it laying on the water side the water will spill otherwise okay but my cat doesnt like it
